Refund Policy

City Infomart strives to provide high-quality IT education to all its users. However, if you are not satisfied with our courses for any reason, we offer a refund policy. This refund policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests are eligible only if submitted within 7 days of depositing the fees. Refunds will not be granted after this period. The user must not have completed more than 25% of the course content to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Procedure:

  • To request a refund, the user must contact our customer support team within the eligible period at info@cityinfomart.com. The user must provide the reason for the refund request and proof of purchase.

Refund Amount:

  • The refund amount will be equal to the amount paid by the user for the course, minus any applicable transaction fees, no. of days attended, or taxes.

Payment Method:

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the payment method is no longer available, City Infomart may issue the refund in an alternate form of payment.

Non-Refundable Courses:

  • Certain courses may be labeled as non-refundable. These courses will not be eligible for refunds, regardless of the reason or duration of access.

Termination of Account:

  • If a user is found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions, City Infomart reserves the right to terminate the user's account and deny any refund requests.

Modifications:

  • City Infomart reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Refund Policy will be posted on this page.
