• By submitting the admission form, I confirm that the details provided by me are accurate and complete. The admission into the course is subject to approval by City Infomart authorities, and I understand that the Institute reserves the right to reject my application without providing any reasons.
• I understand that the fees for the course are as per the payment structure and are subject to change. I agree to pay the fees as per the schedule mentioned during the application process.
• I am committed to attending all classes, completing all assessments, and fulfilling the course requirements as per the Institute's guidelines. In case of absence for any reason, I agree to inform the Institute in advance and make up for the missed hours.
• I agree to uphold the ethical and professional standards set by the Institute. I understand that any violation of these standards may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
• I will use the Institute's facilities and equipment solely for the purpose of learning and development. I am responsible for any damage caused to the Institute's equipment or facilities due to my misuse or negligence.
• I will maintain the confidentiality of any information shared by the Institute, including but not limited to intellectual property, student records, and personal details of the faculty or staff. I will not share confidential information with any third party without the Institute's approval.
• I understand that City Infomart will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused due to my participation in the course or use of the Institute's facilities.
• Any disputes related to the admission form or course shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state and place of the Institute.
• I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above terms and conditions and agree to comply with them during the duration of the course at City Infomart.
